How do I get started?

Verify your email, choose your plan, then enter your business details. Your workspace starts empty, ready for your own branches, rooms and tenants. No card is required.

Can I manage more than one property?

Yes. Your plan includes a branch, room and tenant allowance shown in the pricing section. Contact support to discuss business-specific allowances and access needs.

Can tenants pay online or offline?

Your PG team can record cash, bank transfer and UPI collections, then issue receipts and track outstanding rent. PG Manager One subscription payments support Razorpay and verified offline transfers.

How do rent reminders work?

On eligible plans, configure your email settings and reminder schedule for due and overdue rent. Delivery depends on valid tenant email addresses and working email configuration.

Do I need to install an app?

No installation is needed to use the browser-based workspace. Owners and authorised staff can access their enabled features from desktop, tablet or phone.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your Billing page shows your access period, status and renewal options. Free plans have no expiry. Review monthly or yearly billing, pay an issued invoice online or submit offline payment evidence for review.

Who can access my business data?
